Neither the reserved IP address, the real MAC address, or the random MAC address appeared in the list of attached devices. If I delete the reserved IP address and, rather than enter the MAC and IP address manually, I select a IP address/MAC address pair from the list of attached devices, I see the correct IP/MAC address pair on the next reboot.
