i've troubleshooted everything, tried my mobile device, and other devices to see it ifs the internet / router or the switch itself. now I have singled out that its just the switch which keeps disconnecting in a middle of an online activity (pokemon shield) you can't seem to have an answer to fix this, and I sure can't refund my subscription anymore
